Moss Agate is a stone of new beginnings.  Said to refresh the soul and enables you to see beauty in all you behold.  Moss Agate reduces sensitivity to weather and environmental pollutants.  It is believed to attract abundance in wealth and improves self-esteem.  Develops strength and the ability to get along with others.  Inspires new ideals after periods of stagnation.  Moss Agate promotes self-expression and communication.  Balances the emotions, releasing fear and stress.  Encourages trust and hope.  It eliminates depression caused by brain imbalances.

The 7 stones work together to align each chakra individually, and the system collectively.  Chakra gemstones work across the whole body and mind.

All our worry stones / palm stones come carefully packed in a beautiful gift bag.

Each worry stone generously measures approximately 4cm x 3cm (1.5 inches x 1.25 inches).

Worry stones, also known as palm stones are hand carved smooth polished gemstones. When you are feeling anxious or worried gently rub them with your thumb or finger and in doing so will hopefully rub away the stresses, anxiety and worries. They are most calming when you hold the stone between the index finger and thumb and slowly move your thumb backwards and forwards across indentation on the stone. This action of moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress.

Worry stones may also be called palm stones, thumb stones, fidget stones, soothing stones, or sensory stones.

As a folk practice implement, worry stones have many origins. Variations on the concept originate in ancient Greece, Tibet, Ireland, and multiple Native American tribes. The concept of a worry stone began by the simple action of picking a smooth stone and fiddling with the stone. Worry stones made by sea water were generally used by Ancient Greeks. Native American tribes would continuously give them to younger generations, creating a sense of connection from previous family members. They also believed these worry stones were considered a sacred item and they were extra special if they were made out of quartz.
