Bought this for my breast-feeding daughter who already has another one of your pendants, which she wears all the time. She wanted a second one, for variety in colour, with her outfits, as she wears it all the time. My grandaughter holds onto it while feeding, so it stops her sharp little nails from scratching her mum.
