Customers are awarded Loyalty Points which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Please take advantage of this scheme.
How many Loyalty Points do I earn when I buy?
You will earn 1 point for every £1 you spend (excluding shipping and rounded down to nearest £) which equates to 2p.
How do I redeem the Loyalty Points when I place an order?
NEW - No minimum - Redeem your Loyalty Points off your NEXT order! Your Shopping Cart will show how many Loyalty Points you earned from previous purchases when you Checkout.
When can I redeem my Loyalty Points?
You can redeem previously rewarded points when you Checkout.
How can I see how many Loyalty Points I have been awarded on my previous orders?
Go to "Your Account" and you will see a list of all your orders and the Loyalty Points previously earned and spent.
Do I have to create an Account to collect Loyalty Points?
Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, you must create an Account using a valid email address. You need to log into your account, before you start placing an order, to be able to earn and spend your points. Loyalty Point Program. Loyalty Points are only available after your order has been paid and the order has been shipped. Points are valid for 12 months.

Purchased this to help with teething. Using it regularly, it smells lovely and natural, you can really notice those lovely essential oils. Can't guarantee it's working but baby allows me to put on well with no protests, which is great!
