I originally purchased this for my baby girl, but my 2 yr old son latched onto it immediately and loves it, so it's his...he has used it every day since, and asks for it to help him not be scared with loud noises (which he hates!), like the vacuum cleaner, etc...he asks for it and snuggles with it, and it seems to help him to not be fearful of the noises that scare him...
