The bracelet arrived yesterday and I love the colour of it, it's so rich. My son is definitely less grouchy but I was more impressed with the customer service I received from Amber Pumpkin. Toby emailed me back straight away and sorted out the issue quickly and professionally. Thanks!
Don't know if its the amber or a combination of that, teething powders, calpol and possibly the position of the moon but the first night she wore it she slept solidly for 7 hours - bliss! Not been quite so good since but at least we are not back to every 3 hours!
This item is very attractive looking but I am not convinced that it is helping with my daughters teething (although this is difficult to judge). I also worry that the clasps dig into her little ankle.
I bought an amber bracelet for myself after purchasing an anklet for my daughter. I use my bracelet to remind me which side to nurse my daughter on, and my daughter likes to play with it while she's feeding. The bracelet is very pretty and it's nice to have one just like my daughter's anklet.
I bought this adjustable anklet for my daughter, who is 7 months old and suffering from teething pains. We'd already been using "teetha sachets" and lavender oil (applied externally, along her jawline) and these had been easing her discomfort. But it reached the stage where she needed something more- and i was loathe to use medication. Within hours of applying the anklet, she appeared calmer and I noticed that she slept more soundly. I choose the anklet, so that it could be safely worn at night (underneath her socks, where she wouldn't be able to reach it). I have already recommended amber to other mums- and will continue to do so. I wish I'd known about it when my son was a baby!
